About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse - Production Associate to assemble parts into kits/assortments and support packaging, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role requires strong organizational skills and adherence to processes to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, count, package, seal, and label product.
• Manage the production and process of all packaged items and kitting.
• Maintain and perform basic maintenance on production machinery.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
• Ensure warehouse and work areas are consistently organized.

Qualifications:

• Ability to be trained in various areas, including computers, measurements, product identification, threads, diameters, procedures, and methods.
• Able to hear, speak, read, and fully understand English.
• Able to lift 30-65lbs regularly.
• Able to work in extreme temperature conditions. Our warehouse facility is not air conditioned or heated.
• Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time.
• Experience in a warehouse production environment (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
